By accessing or using StructorX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

StructorX provides training quiz generation and execution with scoring output. The service generates and runs training tests and produces clear, reusable results.
3. Use of Service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StructorX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
7. Payment and Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

9. Termination
